BREWMASTER and managing director of the Malt Shovel Brewery brewers of James Squire beers Dr Chuck Hahn (he's pictured on the cover) told Wednesday night's awards ceremony that he has now taken out Australian citizenship. The night's keynote speaker, Dr Hahn supplied beers to complement menu dishes to the delight of the 300-strong crowd.
